Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please be advised that new Child Safe Photography Policy and Digital Media Laws for Child Care Centres came into effect on October 31, 2025. Flutter Bug Photography has aligned its practices with these regulations.

Consequently, children will only be included in composite class photos if a parent has placed an order and completed the waiver provided above. If an order form is not received, the child will not be included in the class photo.

Please note the following regarding class group photos:

- Digital class groups are not available for download.

- Class groups are only available for purchase as physical prints, only first names are used.

- Once all orders are received by the due date, I will compile the class group using only the images of children who have received parental permission.

- All class group photos are spell-checked by your Centre before they are printed.
